Can I start for free?

Yes. You can create a CPO Portal account and begin with the Free plan without entering a payment card.

What is a billable connector?

A billable connector is a connector counted for subscription usage under the plan shown in the CPO Portal. The portal shows the relevant connector quantity before a paid subscription is confirmed.

When does the percentage transaction fee apply?

The platform transaction fee applies to supported paid public-charging payments where EVCharge.mobi processes the payment workflow. It does not turn private granted-access charging into a paid session.

Are payment-provider fees included?

No. Stripe or another payment provider may charge separate processing fees. Taxes and VAT can also apply depending on the customer and jurisdiction.
