A billable connector is a connector counted for subscription usage under the plan shown in the CPO Portal. The portal shows the relevant connector quantity before a paid subscription is confirmed.

The platform transaction fee applies to supported paid public-charging payments where EVCharge.mobi processes the payment workflow. It does not turn private granted-access charging into a paid session.

No. Stripe or another payment provider may charge separate processing fees. Taxes and VAT can also apply depending on the customer and jurisdiction.

Know the complete amount before you subscribe. Connector quantities, the selected plan, applicable platform fees, taxes, and separate payment-provider fees can affect the total. The CPO Portal presents the subscription details before checkout. A custom host agreement can override the standard catalog.
