Driver app overview
Find chargers, start charging, and view your sessions.
Sign in
Sign in with your email and password. You can register in the app or use Forgot password to receive a reset email.
Main tabs

Map
Allow location access to find nearby chargers, or move the map manually. Select a location to view its chargers and connectors.
A map marker does not always mean the charger can be started through EVCharge.mobi. Check the location details.
Chargers
The Chargers tab can show:
- private chargers shared with you;
- chargers you own;
- public chargers opened from the map or QR code.
Select a charger to see its status, connectors, power, price, and available charging choices.
Charger owners may also:
- add and connect a charger, creating a site when needed;
- change a charger or site name;
- add and remove charger users and pending invitations;
- add and remove RFID cards;
- configure automatic charging; and
- open the full CPO Portal charger page for advanced management.
Refresh and help
Pull down to refresh a screen. Push notifications may also show charging updates.
For help, open Account > Help & Information > Help center.
Some options depend on the app brand, charger, tariff, payment setup, account access, and enabled features. For example, the Map tab is present in EVCharge but can be hidden in another branded app.
