Accounts
Can one account use several workspaces?
Yes. Access is set separately in each workspace.
Are drivers and portal administrators the same?
No. Users contains drivers. Workspace → Users contains portal administrators.
Can I invite a driver who has no account?
Yes. The portal keeps a pending invitation that can be resent or removed. The driver must register with the invited email address.
Can I invite a portal administrator the same way?
No. A portal administrator must register first, then be added to the workspace by email.
What access roles are available?
Read-only, Operator, and Full control are permission presets. Individual permissions can also be changed.
Chargers
Which OCPP version is supported?
OCPP 1.6 JSON. Some features still depend on the charger model and firmware.
Where is the OCPP server address?
Open a planned charger's Overview page and copy the address shown there.
Can a charger have several connectors?
Yes. Each connector can have its own status, tariff, and charging profile.
Access and pricing
Does “All chargers” include chargers added later?
Not automatically. Review driver grants after adding a charger.
What is required for public charging?
Site coordinates, payment setup, a tariff for every connector, and public-charging plan access.
Are fixed and dynamic tariffs supported?
Yes. Add an Energy rule for a fixed price. Add an Energy Market rule and bidding zone for market-linked pricing. Transmission, tax, time windows, and rule priority can be combined with either.
Payment
Do I enter Stripe secret keys?
Yes, the production payment form accepts a Stripe publishable key and secret key. They must both be test keys or both be live keys. Never share the secret key.
What other payment choices exist?
Bank transfer is the other payment choice in the production portal. Some migrated Stripe accounts also show a Stripe Connect status and update flow.
Smart charging
What is the difference between Schedule and Smart?
Schedule uses start and end times you choose. Smart is shown for a dynamic tariff and lets you use the price chart to choose charging periods.
What is recurring automation?
Charger owners can set a connector to start automatically every day in a selected time window. This is different from scheduling one charging session.
Does every charger support power limits?
No. Check Smart Charging support and test the charger before using Power Management.
Reports
Which filters are available?
Date, site, charger, and driver.
Does an export include every screen filter?
No. The current export uses the date range only.
What does a scheduled report contain?
The previous calendar month's sessions.
Driver app
Where is charging history?
Open Insights and choose a date range.
Can I add a vehicle?
Yes. You can add a custom vehicle. Tesla connection may also be available.
