Pricing rules

RuleUse it for
EnergyA fixed energy price per kWh
TransmissionGrid or transmission fees
Energy MarketSpot-market pricing with a fallback price

Each rule can cover selected months, weekdays, and hours. Rules have a priority, so higher-priority matching rules can override lower-priority rules. Drag rules to reorder them.

A market-linked tariff uses an Energy Market rule and a bidding zone. The fallback price is used when market prices are unavailable.

Use Price outlook, Coverage Heatmap, Hourly Breakdown, and the session calculator to find missing or overlapping price periods before assigning the tariff.

Assign a tariff

  1. Open the charger.
  2. Open Tariffs.
  3. Choose a tariff.
  4. Apply it to all connectors or one connector.
  5. Save.

Every connector needs a tariff before the charger can be public.

Common problems

Market prices are missing

Check the market zone and confirm that dynamic tariffs are included in your plan.

The price looks wrong

Check the currency, tax, bidding zone, rule priority, date, weekday, hour, and overlapping rules.

A tariff cannot be assigned

The tariff and charger must belong to the same workspace.
