Vehicles and insights
Add a vehicle
Open Account → Vehicles.
You can add a custom vehicle with:
- vehicle name;
- battery size;
- usual energy per charging session;
- charging power.
You can also connect a supported vehicle account, such as Tesla, when this option is available.
Vehicle details
From a vehicle page you can:
- make it the default vehicle;
- view connection status;
- see battery level and charge limit when available;
- edit a custom vehicle;
- remove the vehicle.
A custom vehicle does not provide live battery data.
Insights
Open Insights to see:
- active sessions;
- scheduled sessions;
- completed sessions;
- energy used;
- charging cost;
- estimated Smart Charging savings.
Choose a date range and optionally filter by charger. Select a session for more details.
The totals include active and scheduled sessions as well as completed history. Active values are estimates until the charger reports final meter data.
Common problems
Vehicle data is old
Refresh the vehicle and check its connection. Compare it with the vehicle manufacturer's app.
A session is missing
Check the date range and charger filter, then refresh.
Cost looks wrong
Check the tariff, session time, energy, currency, and whether the session has finished.
