Sites
A site is the physical location where chargers are installed.
Create a site
- Open Sites.
- Choose Add site.
- Enter a name, address, and country.
- Select the correct timezone.
- Enter the latitude and longitude.
- Save.
Open the saved site to check or adjust its map position. Accurate coordinates are required if chargers at the site will be public.

Edit a site
Open Operations, update the details, and save.
Delete a site
A site may not be deleted while it still has chargers or other related data. Move or remove those records first.
Common problems
A public charger does not appear on the map
Check the site's latitude and longitude.
Times look wrong
Check the site timezone.
A charger is missing
Open the charger and confirm that it is assigned to this site.
