Reports

Review charging sessions and export data.

Filter sessions

Open Reports and filter by:

  • date range;
  • site;
  • charger;
  • driver.

The page shows session count, energy, duration, cost, and daily activity.

View a session

Select a session to see:

  • charger and connector;
  • driver;
  • start and stop times;
  • energy and duration;
  • cost;
  • available meter readings.

Charts only appear when the charger sent meter data.

Download a report

  1. Choose a date range.
  2. Select the export you need:
    • session summary CSV;
    • session summary PDF;
    • raw meter values CSV;
    • 15-minute energy CSV;
    • hourly energy CSV.
  3. Choose Export.

The download includes all workspace sessions in that date range. The site, charger, and driver filters only change the on-screen view.

Each download contains up to 2,000 sessions. Meter downloads contain up to 100,000 retained samples. Use a shorter date range if you reach either limit.

Raw meter CSV preserves the UTC timestamp, transaction, charger, site, connector, measurand, phase, location, value, and unit reported by the charger.

The 15-minute and hourly files derive energy from consecutive Energy.Active.Import.Register readings in Wh, kWh, or MWh. Energy is allocated proportionally when two readings cross a UTC interval boundary. Phase-specific series remain separate, and negative deltas caused by a reset are skipped. Read the interval meter-data export guide before using derived data downstream.

Export formats and history length may depend on your plan.
